CPRC was awarded a $1000 Community First grant from Prince George's County Councilmember David Harrington's office for a series of Families Building Peace Workshops for the CPRC community. These workshops will be once a month for families with children of all ages. Thanks to all who participated in the first three programs. More will be scheduled soon.

Hoyer Early Childhood Center The Families Building Peace Workshops were so popular and received such rave reviews, that we're partnering again with Hoyer and also this time with the Cheverly Womans Club to hold one last workshop this year. We hope you and your family will join us on Tuesday, May 20, 6:00-7:30pm in the Hoyer cafeteria. CPRC will provide pizza and drinks. Any participant who would like to bring cookies, brownies or some other hand-held dessert is welcome to do so. Tell your friends, neighbors, anyone about this great workshop - they are invited too.
